Real Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal.
None of that sugary packet shit. I don’t mess around.
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup milk (or water)
1/2 diced apple
dash or 2 (desired) ground cinnamon
Microwave all ingredients 3 minutes so the apples get soft. Stir, allow to cool. EAT.
Healthy and fantastic. I love breakfast. Maybe I’ll add a picture later… If I remember when I make it again tomorrow morning.
